Glucose
Packaging: 45kg, 25kg and 15kg.
The sugars contained in glucose are dissolved and do not have the crystalline form of sugar. For this reason, glucose does not crystallize. This property is very useful when we make sweets with syrup that we don't want to "sweeten" (eg baklava, galaktoburek, kataifi). The usual amount is 50 – 100 g. of glucose for 1 – 1½ liters of syrup.
